Grace Davies is a freelance editorial photographer specializing in travel, nature, architecture and food. Her work has appeared in numerous magazines, textbooks, retail books, newspapers, calendars, and paper products. She has a degree in photography from the Fashion Institute of Technology and received a second degree in Geology from Hunter College. In addition to her own photography she has 15 years experience as a photo editor in stock photo agencies. Grace is a member of the American Society of Picture Professionals. Joining her for travel photography is her husband, Stephen Varone. His graphic style adds an extra dimension to their travel projects. Stephen studied photography at Hunter College and New York University. They live with their dog and two cats in Brooklyn and Cape May. Happenings Grace is currently working on a project documenting the gargoyles of New York City. Any suggestions for locations to visit would be appreciated! Renovation continues on the brownstone. Current projects include painting, woodworking, plaster repairs, wallpaper repairs, ceramic tile installation. These procedures can be photographed on request.
